Hunan University and POLY U IC Jointly Hold the First Training Class

On August 27, the opening ceremony of the first training class jointly developed by Hunan University (HNU) and the Industrial Centre (IC) of Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Poly U) was held at the IC of Poly U. Director of the Industrial Center, Dr. Stephen O’BRIEN and Vice Director Office of Education Administration, Zhu Shujin attended the ceremony. Chief Project Director of IC, Huang Dehui lectured the class on “Attitudes” to illustrate teaching methods.

The training class is composed of 32 students from HNU. The tailor-made courses by IC involve classroom teaching, case studies and site instructions.

Students benefited a lot from the activity by not only learning about the professional spirit and passion of the teachers of Poly U, but also their diversified teaching methods and various scholarships.

The 30-year-old industrial center is known for its innovative and creative management method, setting up an exemplary model of establishing industrial training center for universities in mainland China.
