李仁发，男，湖南大学信息科学与工程学院院长，教授,博士生导师。近年来在专业期刊发表学术论文（含合作）300余篇，完成国家科技计划项目(国家核高基、973、863、国家基金、国家重大科技支撑计划、教育部重点科技计划、省重点科技计划)20余项，获省（部）一等奖2项（含排名非第一）和二等奖5项（含排名非第一）。获授权发明专利9项，申请待授权4项。获全国优秀教师称号，省记一等功。是国家精品课程负责人，省优秀教学团队负责人。已出版书（含专著、教科书、编著、译著、参编）12部。研究兴趣：计算机系统结构、嵌入式计算体系结构、无线网络、嵌入式软件、CPS、信息网络、虚拟与仿真技术。
Li Renfa, male, professor and PhD supervisor, is the dean of the College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University. In recent years, Professor LI has published or co-published over 300 academic papers in professional journals, has completed more than 20 national science and technology projects concerning national nuclear high-based projects, the projects of 973 and 863, national fund, National Key Technology R&D Program, major programs for S&T by Ministry of Education and Hunan province, with 2 first prize and 5 second prize awards at ministerial and provincial level. 9 patents of invention were authorized and 5 patents of invention are prepared to be authorized. With the title of national outstanding teacher, professor Li is in charge of national superior course and excellent teaching team of Hunan province, awarding the Top-grade Merit Citation in Hunan province. He has published 12 books (including monographs, textbooks, and books complied, translated and co-compiled). The research interests: computer architecture, embedded computer architecture, wireless network, embedded software, CPS, information network, virtual and simulation technology.
杨忠旺，男，硕士，副教授。湖南大学信息科学与工程学院党委书记兼副院长。从事高校教育管理工作20余年，获湖南大学优秀共产党员、湖南大学先进工作者、湖南大学黄志勇优秀教师奖。主持、参与省、校级科研课题10余项，发表学术论文20余篇。获湖南省教学成果三等奖1项。先后讲授《大学生生涯规划与就业》、《大学生党课》、《就业与创业教育》等课程。指导学生获湖南省大学生机械设计制造创新竞赛一等奖1项，连获全国“挑战杯”大学生课外科技学术竞赛特等奖1项，一等奖2项，二等奖1项，三等奖1项。
Yang Zhongwang, male, mater and associate professor, is the party secretary and vice-dean of College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University. Engaging in educational management work in the institute of higher education for over 20 years, during the years in Hunan University, he, is outstanding member of the CPC and advanced worker and has won the “ ‘Huang Xianyong’ Excellent Teacher Award”. He has preside or involved in over 10 programs at provincial or school level and has published more than 20 academic papers, with a third prize of a award for teaching result in Hunan province. The courses “the Career development and employment of undergraduate students”, “the party lesson for Undergraduate students” and “employment and entrepreneurial education” have been given by Professor Yang. The students under his instruction have won the first prize of the competition for innovation of machine design and manufacture of university student of Hunan province, and successively have won a grand prize, two first prize, a second prize and a third prize in “Challenge Cup “of national university student of extracurricular academic knowledge in S&T.
赵欢，女，博士，教授，博士生导师，现任湖南大学信息科学与工程学院副院长。国家级精品课程和国家精品资源共享课程“计算机系统组成与体系结构”负责人，省级教学团队“计算机体系结构”主要成员，国家级精品课程“大学信息技术基础”主讲教师。曾获湖南省三八红旗手称号，湖南大学第二届“天语教师奖”及第四届“刘銮雄本科优秀教学杰出教师奖”获得者。主要研究领域为语言信息处理、嵌入式系统设计等。
Zhao Huan, female, professor, PhD and PhD supervisor, is now the associate dean of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University. She is the person in charge of national superior course and “computer system organization and structure”, the national superior resource sharing course, also the major member of provincial teaching team of “computer system structure”, and the leading teacher of the national superior course “ University Information Technology Foundation”. She has won the title of “March-Eighth Red Banner Pacesetter” and the awards of second session of Tianyu teachers of Hunan University and fourth session of “‘Liu Luanxiong’undergraudate outstanding teacher for teaching”. The main research covers language information processing and embedded system design.
李肯立,男, 湖南大学国家超级计算长沙中心副主任，湖南大学信息科学与工程学院副院长， 教授,博士生导师， 中国计算机学会高性能计算专业委员会常务委员 IEEE-TC编委,C&F、IJPP、CCPE、JIFS等特刊编委 。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家和省部级项目15项.作为第一完成人获湖南省科技进步一等奖、湖南省自然科学奖二等奖和教育部科技进步二等奖各1次。主要研究领域为并行分布式处理、超级计算与云计算等。在IEEE-TC,IEEE-TPDS,IEEE-TSP,JPDC,IEEETSP,IEEETETC,中国科学,等国内外高水平计算机学术刊物上发表论文130余篇，申请专利和软件著作权共9项.
Professor Li kenli is Associate Dean and doctoral supervisor of College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University. He is also the Vice-director of the National Supercomputing Center in Changsha, member of trinity centre for high performance computing of China Computer Federation, editorial board member of IEEE-TC and special issue of C&F, IJPP, JIFS and so on. Professor Li has presided over 15 key national and provincial projects including the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China. As the first inventor, Professor Li won the first prize of the Hunan Provincial Award for the Promotion of Science and Technology, the second prize of the Hunan provincial Award for the Natural Sciences and the second prize of Educational Ministry Award for the promotion of Science and Technology. The professor’s researching area mainly focuses on parallel distributed processing, supercomputing and cloud computing. More than 130 papers has been issued in such academic journals for high-level computing both domestically and internationally as IEEE-TC, IEEE-TPDS, IEEE-TPS, JPDC, IEEETPS, IEEETETC, and Chinese Science and 9 patents and books of software has been published.
骆嘉伟，博士，教授，博士生导师。 福建惠安人，1985年本科毕业于湖南大学，1988年硕士毕业于湖南大学，2008年博士毕业于湖南大学。硕士毕业后一直在高校工作，2004年赴美国伊利诺伊大学做访问学者，进行数据挖掘技术方面的研究与交流。目前研究方向为数据挖掘、生物信息处理、大数据等。
Luo Jiawei, from Huian, Fujian province, is doctor, full professor and doctoral supervisor of Hunan University. Professor Luo achieved bachelor degree from Hunan University in 1985, master degree in 1988, and doctor degree in 2008 and worked in higher institutions after getting her mater degree. She is also a visiting scholar of University of Illinois in America to make research and exchange in data mining. The current research direction lies in data mining, biological information processing, big data and so on.

秦拯，信息科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师，工学博士，管理学博士后，副院长，兼湖南大学大数据研究中心主任。是原信息产业部认定的高级工程师，Cisco、Microsoft、IBDN等公司的认证工程师，国家教育信息化专家。主要研究方向：网络与信息安全、大数据处理、云计算、软件工程等，在金融、医疗、军工和教育等行业信息化方面，积累了较丰富的产品研发和应用服务经验。获得湖南省科技进步二等奖和三等奖各1项、湖南省科技创新金奖1项、国家授权专利5项、计算机软件著作权登记5项。在Computer Communication、Journal of Supercomputing、Journal of Computational and Theoretical Nanoscience、Journal of Central South University of Technology(Springer)、Journal of Mathematical Chemistry、Journal of Network and Systems Management、计算机学报、计算机研究与发展、电子学报、通信学报、管理学报、系统工程理论与实践等刊物或国际学术会议上公开发表学术论文60余篇，30余篇被SCI/EI/ISTP/CSSCI收录。
Qin Zheng, Professor, D. E., Post-doctor of management, PhD supervisor. He is the vice-dean of College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University and director of big data research center of Hunan University. He is also senior engineer affirmed by the then Ministry of Information Industry, certified engineer of such corporations as Cisco, Microsoft and IBDN. As an expert of national information education, his major research directions are network and information safety, big data processing, cloud computing, software engineering, accumulating relatively rich experience in R&D and applied service of products concerning industrial information of finance, medical care, military industry, education and so on. He has won the second prize and the third prize of the Hunan Provincial Award for the Promotion of Science and Technology, the gold medal of Hunan Provincial Award of Science and Technology Innovation, was authorized 3 patents by country and registered 5 copyrights in computer software. More than 60 papers has been published in journals or on international academic conferences including Computer Communication, Journal of Supercomputing, Journal of Computational and Theoretical Nanoscience, Journal of Central South University of Technology(Springer), Journal of Mathematical Chemistry, Journal of Network and Systems Management, Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of computer research and development, Acta Electronica Sinica, Journal on Communications, Chinese Journal of management and System Engineering Theory and Practice.
廖波，教授，博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要从事智能与生物信息处理、数据挖掘与机器学习、图像处理、大数据技术等研究。承担国家级项目4项，省部重点或一般项目8项，参与国家级或省部级项目8项。曾获得Scopus信息科学青年科学之星，湖南省自然科学二等奖，辽宁省自然科学三等奖，湖南省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖。指导学生获得湖南省优秀学位论文3篇。获得湖南大学天语教师奖、科研标兵和优秀教师称号。目前已在国际SCI杂志上发表学术论文80余篇，SCI累计引用他引900余次。h指数为23。
Liao Bo is professor, PhD supervisor and New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education. He mainly engages in intelligent and biological information processing, data mining and machine learning, image processing, big data and so on. He has been responsible for 4 national projects and 8 major or general projects at ministerial and provincial level and has involved in 8 national, provincial and ministerial projects. Such an amount of awards has been received as Scopus star of science for the youth of information science, the second prize of the Hunan provincial Award for the Natural Sciences, the third prize of the Liaoning provincial Award for the Natural Sciences, the first prize of the Hunan provincial Award for excellent academic paper of the Natural Sciences. 3 students paper instructed by him has won the excellent academic dissertation in Hunan province. He has won the award of Tianyu teachers of Hunan University and the titles of Research Model and Outstanding Teacher. More than 80 academic papers have been published in SCI, which were cited for over 900 times totally. And his H-index is 23.
傅喜泉, 男，信息科学与工程学院通信工程系教授，博士生导师。从事宽带激光技术、激光传输与控制、超快激光与光通信等方面的研究。2005年博士毕业于复旦大学信息科学与工程学院并获理学博士学位；2008年至2009年在加拿大滑铁卢大学做访问学者。2006年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才”支持计划；2011年入选湖南省普通高等学校学科带头人培养计划。主持和参加国家、省部级科研项目十余项、发表论文八十余篇。
Fu Xiquan, male professor and doctoral supervisor of College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University, researches on many areas like broadband laser technology, laser transmission and control, communication of ultra-fast laser and light. Professor Fu received his PhD and obtained the doctorate of science in School of Information Science and Technology, Fudan University in 2005. He was a visiting scholar of University of Waterloo in Canada from 2008 to 2009. Professor Fu was elected both in program supported by the program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education of China and the program for the fostering academic leader in institute of higher education of Hunan province. He presided and took part in over 10 projects at national, ministerial and provincial levels, and published more than 80 papers.
李克勤现为湖南大学信息科学与工程学院国家“千人计划”特聘教授，博士生导师，院学术委员会主席，超级计算与云计算研究所所长。他1985年毕业于清华大学，获计算机科学学士学位；1990年毕业于休斯顿大学，获计算机科学博士学位。之后受聘于纽约州立大学，历任助理教授、副教授、正教授；2009年晋升为纽约州立大学讲席教授；2011年被聘请为清华大学高智讲座教授；2012年受聘为中组部国家千人计划特聘教授。他在学术著作、研究期刊、和国际会议上共发表论文290篇以上。他在网格网络的处理器分配和作业调度以及光网络上的并行计算方面的开创性研究具有广泛和深远的影响，为他带来了崇高的学术声誉。他具有重大国际声誉和影响，在世界范围内有20多个合作研究团队和超过150位合作研究人员。他是 IEEE Trans. on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Trans. on Computers, IEEE Trans. on Cloud Computing, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing 等著名学术刊物的编委。
LI keqin, the distinguished professor of the national “1000 Talents Plan” and doctoral supervisor of College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, Hunan University, is the president of college academic committee and director of supercomputing and cloud computing research institute. After graduating with bachelor of computer science from Tsinghua University in 1985 and PhD from University of Houston in 1990, he was recruited as Assistant Professor, Associated Professor and Full Professor successively and was upgraded as Chair Professor in 2009 in State University of New York. He was invited as the Chair Professor in Tsinghua University in 2001 and the distinguished professor of the national “1000 Talents Plan” of the Organizing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2012. He published over 290 papers in academic monographs, research journals and international conferences. Wide and far-reaching influences has been made in processor allocation and job scheduling of grid network and originating researches of the internet in terms of parallel computing, which are bringing him high academic reputation. With his international reputation, Professor Li boasts over 20 cooperative research teams and over 150 cooperative researchers. He is also the editorial board member of many noted academic journals like IEEE Trans. on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Trans. on Computers, IEEE Trans. on Cloud Computing, Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing.
罗娟，博士，教授， 1997年本科毕业于国防科技大学，2000年硕士毕业于武汉大学，2005年博士毕业于武汉大学。2000年就职于武汉邮科院烽火网络公司，曾担任软件研发主管和项目主管。2005年7月加入湖南大学计算机与通信学院。2008年美国加州大学Irvine分校访问学者，进行无线嵌入式网络方面研究与交流。2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。目前研究方向为中间件、无线传感器网络、无线嵌入式系统、云计算等。
Luo Juan, PhD and Professor, graduated from National University of Defense and Technology with bachelor degree in 1997, Wuhan University with master degree in 2000 and with PhD in 2005. She worked as supervisor for software development and research and supervisor for projects in Wuhan Fiberhome networks Co.,Ltd.in 2000 and turned to School of Computer and Communication Engineering, Hunan University. In 2008, she visited University of California, Irvine as a scholar to research and communicates the wireless embedded network. In 2001, she was selected in New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education. The present research direction are middleware, wireless sensor network, wireless embedded system and cloud computing.
