马超群，现任湖南大学工商管理学院院长、湖南省“企业管理与决策支持技术”重点实验室主任，管理科学系，博士、教授、博士生导师，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选、国家自然科学创新研究群体第二核心成员、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选、教育部创新团队带头人、湖南省自然科学创新研究群体带头人、湖南省“121”人才工程计划第一层次人选、湖南省“芙蓉学者计划”特聘教授、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。学科专业领域为管理科学与工程。主要研究方向为金融工程与风险管理、计算管理学、资源与环境管理和战略管理与创新管理等。
Prof. Ma Chaoqun, Doctor of Engineering and Doctoral Supervisor, is the Dean of Business School of Hunan University, the Director of key laboratory of “Enterprise management and decision-making technology” of Hunan province, the winner of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the person selected for New Century Talents Project, second core member of Innovation Research Groups of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the person selected in the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education, the leading role of Innovative Research Team in University of Ministry of Education, the leader of Innovation Research Groups of the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan province, the First group of people selected in “121” talents project of Hunan province, distinguished professor of “Furong scholar program” of Hunan province, an expert receiving special allowance by State Council. The disciplines focus on management science and engineering. The main research directions are financial engineering and strategic management, calculate management, resource and environment management as well as strategic management and innovative management.
雷辉，教授，博士生导师，湖南大学工商管理学院副院长，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选，荷兰Twente University访问学者，湖南省技术经济与管理现代化研究会秘书长。 研究领域：投资决策与绩效优化 、战略管理与组织优化、企业理财与资本运营。主持研究了国家自然科学基金课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题、国家社科基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金项目、湖南省社科基金重点、一般项目、湖南省教学改革项目、湖南省社科联基金项目等纵向课题12项；出版专著2本；参编教材7本；发表论文40余篇。获国家级教学成果奖二等奖1项；省级教学成果奖一等奖1项及若干省市其它科研奖项。参与研究国家自然科学基金项目4项、部省级纵向课题及国际合作项目8项。 长期与企业保持密切联系，主持和参与企业横向课题18项。
Prof. Lei Hui is the Deputy Dean of Business School of Hunan University, person selected for New Century Talents Project，a visiting scholar of Twente University in Netherlands, Society of Technological Economy and Management Modernization of Hunan Province. His research areas cover investment decision and performance optimization, strategic management and organization optimization as well as enterprise financing and capital operation. He has presided 12 vertical projects concerning National Natural Science Fund Projects (including major projects and subprojects), National Social Science Fund Projects, Natural Science Fund Projects of Hunan province, Social Science Fund Projects of Hunan province (including major and general projects), Teaching Reform projects of Hunan Province, Social Science Association Projects of Hunan Province. With 2 monographs, 7 co-compiled textbooks and over 40 academic paper published, he has also achieved 1 second prize of National teaching achievement prize, 1 first prize of teaching achievement at provincial level, several other research award at provincial and municipal level, and participated in 4 National Natural Science Fund Projects, 8 vertical projects at ministerial and provincial level and other international cooperation projects and 18 vertical projects for enterprises, with whom the professor Lei has kept long and tight relationship .
周忠宝，现任湖南大学工商管理学院副院长，管理科学系，教授，博士生导师。 主要研究方向：金融工程与风险管理、绩效评价与管理、系统优化与决策、可靠性工程与质量管理、资源与环境管理。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、博士后特别资助等多项国家和省部级项目，作为主要成员参与“863计划”项目、国家杰出青年科学基金等项目。兼任国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部项目评委，在《Reliability Engineering and System Safety》、《中国管理科学》、《系统工程理论与实践》等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI、EI收录30余篇。出版“十一五”国家级规划教材1部。
Prof. Zhou Zhongbao, Doctor and Doctoral Supervisor, is the Deputy Dean of Business School of Hunan University. The main research areas lie in financial engineering and risk management, performance evaluation and management, system optimization and decision, reliability engineering and quality management as well as resources and environmental management. In recent years, he has presided many national, provincial and department level research projects including National Natural Science Foundation project and Post-doctoral special fund project and as an major member participated the projects such as “863” project and National Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. Being the project judges of management science department of National Natural Science Foundation of China, he has published over 50 academic papers on domestic and international journals such as Reliability Engineering and System Safety, Chinese Journal of Management Science, and System Engineering Theory and Practice, over 30 of which are cited by SCI and EI and wrote a 11th Five-Year National Programmed Textbook.
孙耀吾，湖南大学工商管理学院教授，博士生导师，管理科学系主任，中国工业经济学会副理事长。主要研究方向：创新与知识管理、企业的组织与战略管理、科技人力资源管理等。主持和参与完成国家社会科学基金（提高自主创新能力与促进产业技术进步研究——基于技术标准化的视角，06BJY022）、国家自然科学基金（基于技术标准的高技术企业虚拟集群形成与演化机理研究，70572058）和欧盟Asia-link项目等20余项；在《中国软科学》、《中国工业经济》和《科学学研究》等国家重要学术期刊发表论文50余篇，出版著作6部。
Sun Yaowu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Business School of Hunan University, is the Director of the department of Management Science and Technology and the vice chairman of Chinese Industrial Economic Association. The main research directions are innovation and knowledge management, science and technology human resource management and so on. She has preside and participated in over 20 projects concerning the National Social Science Foundation of China (Research on the Improvement of Self-innovation and Promotion of Industrial Technology——Based on the Prospective of Technology Standardization), National Natural Science Foundation of China (Research on the Formation and Evolution Mechanism of the Virtualization of High-tech Firm Cluster Based on Technology Standardization) and EU Asia-link. She has published more than 50 academic papers on major journals like China Soft Science, China Industrial Economy and Studies in Science of Science and wrote 6 books.

Prof. Xie Chi, is Doctoral Supervisor of Business School of Hunan University, the Director of Financial and Investment Research Institute of Hunan University, the member of Academic Committee and Degree Committee of Hunan University, the president of Yiyang Vocational and Technology College, an expert receiving special allowance by State Council, the first group of person selected for New Century Talents Project, the winner of National Award for Youth Teacher in Institute of Higher Education, the winner of Huo Yingdong Award for Youth Teacher in Institute of Higher Education and the leading role of the Teaching Team at State-level. He has presided 31 projects such as the key projects of National Social Science Fund, National Natural Science Fund project, National Soft Science Research Program and Doctor Station Special Fund of Ministry of Education. More than 100 academic paper has been published on celebrated journals like Neurocomputing，Physica A，International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making，Quality & Quantity，Nonlinear Dynamics，Entropy，Acta Physica Polonica B, Social Sciences in China, Journal of Management Sciences in China and The Journal of World Economy, about 10 of which has been included by SCI, SSCI, EI and Xinhua Digest. He also has also written over 10 monographs and textbooks. 朱慧明，管理科学与工程专业博士、控制科学与工程博士后、教育部新世纪优秀人才，教授、博士生导师、院学术委员会主任、湖南省资产评估协会常务理事。主要研究方向：金融工程与风险管理、管理统计与计量经济等。包括 金融时间序列模型（GARCH、Stochastic Volatility、Panel Data）及其应用研究、 贝叶斯统计模型、算法（Metropolis-Hastings sampling, Gibbs sampling, Reversible MCMC) 及应用研究、 能源经济与管理、非经典回归模型及其在金融、能源经济、工业工程和可靠性工程领域中的应用。
Prof. Zhu Huiming, Doctor of Management Science and Engineering, Post-Doctor of Control Science and Engineering, Doctoral supervisor, is the Director of Academy Committee of Hunan University and the Standing Director of Hunan Province Assets Valuation Association. The main research directions are financial engineering and risk management as well as management statistics and econometrics, including financial time series models and it’s application (GARCH, Stochastic Volatility, Panel Data), bayesian statistics model, research and application of algorithm, energy economy and management, non-classical regression model and its application in finance, energy economy, industrial engineering and reliability engineering.

Prof. Zhang Yuejun, Doctoral Supervisor, is the winner of outstanding youth fund of National Natural Science Foundation (2003), the person selected in “10000 Talents Plan” of the Organizing Committee of the Central Committee of the CPC for supporting youth talents, the Standing Director of Society of Energy Economy and Management of SCOPE, the standing committee member of Youth Working Committee, a member of Society of Management Science of China, the guest editor, associate editor and editorial board member of 5 international academic journals, a visiting scholar of National University of Singapore Energy Studies Institute and an expert of ERIA. He mainly researches on petroleum economy, carbon economy and complex system modeling of energy economy.
陈收，教授，管理学博士，博士生导师。现任湖南大学副校长、校学位委员会副主任。兼任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学部评审组委员、全国工商管理硕士教育指导委员会委员，湖南省学位委员会委员；中国数量经济学会副理事长、湖南省社会科学联合会青年工作委员会主任、湖南省系统工程学会副理事长；多家重要学术期刊副主编、编委；多家上市公司独立董事。从事研究的学科专业领域及主要研究方向：管理科学与工程，工商管理。研究方向：投资决策与风险管理；绩效评价；战略管理。目前主持的主要科研项目：国家自然科学基金资助项目、SARS对中国经济的影响及有关管理问题研究；国家博士点基金项目：企业投融资决策机理与运作管理；湖南省软科学重点项目：科技投入绩效评价体系建设研究。
Prof. Chen Shou, Doctor of Management and Doctoral Supervisor, is the Deputy Dean of Graduate School of Hunan University, Deputy Director of the Degree Committee of Hunan University. He also holds the position of member of the Subject Evaluation Panel of the State Academic Committee, member of the Subject Evaluation Panel of the State Academic Committee, member of the National Supervisory Committee for MBA Education, member of the Degree Committee of Hunan province, Vice Chairmen of Chinese Association of Quantitative Economics, Director of Youth Working Committee of Social Science Association of Hunan Province, Vice-Chairman of System Engineering Society of Hunan province, Chief Editor and editorial board member of several core periodicals, Independent Director of several listed companies. The field engaged in and main research areas are decision-making and risk management, performance evaluation and enterprise strategic management. At present, he directs projects supported by the National Social Science Foundation of China and research on influence and management issues of SARS in China’s economy. The project of Doctoral Program Foundation of State is the decision mechanism and operating management of enterprise investment and financing. Hunan province soft Science key project is research on performance evaluation system construction invested by S&T.

The research directions are HRM, modern enterprise theory, enterprise strategic management. He has directed 15 projects supported by the National Social Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of China, China Soft Science, Social Science Foundation both from Ministry of Education and Hunan Province. More than 100 academic papers has been published on such journals as Guangming Daily (theory vision), Economic Perspective, and Economic management Journal, with 7 books and over 10 teaching reform paper issued.
熊正德， 经济学博士，教授，博士生导师。现为湖南大学战略性新兴产业发展研究中心主任。全国高校商务管理研究会常务理事、中国企业管理研究会理事、中国工业经济学会理事、 全国高校博士点基金项目评审专家、教育部人文社科规划项目评审专家。 研究方向：金融工程与风险管理；战略性新兴产业与产业金融；金融企业管理；人力资源管理；企业战略管理。任教授以来发表学术论文50余篇，出版著作2部。主持国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社科规划基金项目、湖南省社科基金项目、湖南省软科学研究计划重点项目等20余项。
Prof. Xiong Zhende, Doctor of Economics and Doctoral Supervisor, is now the Director of The Development Research Center of Strategic Emerging Industries, holding the position of executive member of the National Business Management Society of Universities, council member of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration, council member of Chinese Industrial Economic Association, Communication and Evaluation expert for National Universities’ Doctoral Fund Projects, Communication and Evaluation expert for Humanities and Social Science Planned Projects of Ministry of Education. Major research domains include financial engineering and risk management, strategic emerging industries and industrial finance, financial enterprise management, HRM, enterprise strategic management. More than 50 academic papers and 2 books had been published so far.
