赖明勇，男，湖南大学副校长、教授，博士生导师。兼任湖南省院士专家咨询委员会委员、教育部经济学教学指导委员会委员、中国世界经济学会常务理事、湖南省物流信息与仿真技术重点实验室主任。2002年经国务院批准为享受政府特殊津贴专家。长期致力于国际贸易与经济增长、物流系统工程等领域的研究。近年来获国家科学技术奖二等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、湖南省科技进步一等奖各1项、省部级二等奖5项；主持国家社科基金重大项目1项、国家社科基金项目3项、国家自然科学基金项目4项、科技攻关项目3项，获国家杰出青年基金资助；近年出版专著7部，发表学术论文100余篇，其中SSCI、SCI收入国际期刊论文20余篇；系国家重点学科“国际贸易学”和国家级教学团队“国际经济与贸易专业”负责人。指导博士后9名、博士30余名、硕士70余名，其中获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖2篇、湖南省优秀博士论文3篇、湖南省优秀博士后1名。2000年获教育部第二届高校青年教师奖，2001年获高等教育国家级教学成果二等奖、第四届国家教学名师，2006年入选国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”，2008年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授，2010年度国家科学技术奖二等奖。
LaiMingyong, male, Vice President of Hunan University, professor and doctoral supervisor. He also takes office as member of academician expert advisory committee of Hunan province and member of economics teaching steering committee of education ministry, meanwhile, he is the executive director of Chinese Society of World Economy and director of the key laboratory of logistics information and simulation technology of Hunan province. He is approved by the state council to enjoy special government allowances in 2002. Professor Lai commits himself to fields of international trade and economic growth and logistics systems engineering. In recent years, he has been awarded the second prize of the national science and technology, the first prize in scientific and technological progress of Education Ministry and he wins one item in the first prize of Hunan Province science and technology progress and five items of the second prize at the provincial level. He has presided over one major project of national social science fund, three projects of national social science fund, four projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, three science and technology research projects and is subsidized by the national outstanding youth fund. Recently, he has published seven books and more than 100 academic theses, among which more than 20 theses are included in SSCI and SCI. He is the principal of national key disciplines ‘international trade’ and the ‘international economics and trade major’ of state-level teaching team. He has instructed nine Post Doctors, more than thirties Doctors and over seventies Masters and among them two papers award the top one hundred doctoral dissertations of national excellent nomination; three papers win Hunan province outstanding doctoral dissertation and one post doctor wins the name of ‘outstanding post doctor in Hunan province’. He awards the second session of young teachers in colleges and universities of education ministry in 2000, second prize of national level higher education teaching achievement in 2001, the fourth session of national teaching master and was selected national ‘New Century Talents Projects’ in 2006, distinguished professor of Yangtze river scholars in education ministry in 2008 and wins the second prize of national science and technology award in 2010.
张亚斌，男，经济与贸易学院院长，教授，博士生导师。研究领域为国际贸易学与国际经济学。研究方向为国际贸易基础理论研究、中国对外贸易发展研究、科技进步与产业结构升级研究。近5年主持教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目1项、国家社科基金重大项目1项[第2]、重点项目1项、面上项目1项、国家自然科学基金1项、省部级重大与重点项目4项；在人民出版社等出版学术专著2部，在CSSCI源刊发表学术论文28篇，在中国留美经济学会年会、中国经济学年会宣读论文3次，获部省级科研成果奖2项；入选湖南大学“撷英（拔尖人才）计划”、湖南省121人才计划、 湖南省社科百人工程计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。
Zhang Yabin, male, Dean of School of Economy and Trade, professor, doctoral supervisor. The research fields are international trade and international economics. Research directions are international trade basic theory research, China’s foreign trade development research, scientific and technological progress and upgrading of industrial structure research. In recent five years he has took charge of one key program of the Ministry of Education’s Philosophy and Social Science Research, one major program, one key program and one general program of National Social Sciences Fund, one program of Natural Science Foundation of China and four of major and key programs with provincial and ministerial level. He has published two academic monographs in People’s Publishing House and other key presses, over 28 academic papers on CSSCI. He gives speeches about his academic papers on the annual meeting of Chinese Economists Society and Political Economy of China. He awards two items of provincial scientific research achievement and is elected in ‘Top Talent Program’ of Hunan University, 121 Talent Program in Hunan province, One Hundred People of Social Science Program in Hunan province and Outstanding Talents Program in the New Century of the Ministry of Education.
郭平，男，经济与贸易学院党委书记兼副院长，教授，会计学、财政学博士生导师，应用经济学硕士生导师。研究领域为应用经济学、财政学。研究方向为宏观经济运行与政策、财政税收理论与政策、国有资本营运与管理与政府财务与会计管理。近年来主持和参与国家社科基金课题3项，湖南省社科基金课题8项，校级课题6项。著有《国有资本营运与管理》、《国有资产经营管理》、《新编企业纳税会计》、《政府预算会计》、《财政学》、《财政金融学》等专著和教材7部，在《财政研究》、《税务研究》、《中国财政》、《财经研究》、《财经科学》、《当代财经》、《财经问题研究》、《财经理论与实践》、《经济与管理研究》、《财务与会计导论》等杂志公开发表学术论文80余篇；论文曾获湖南省哲学社会科学评审委员会优秀成果一等奖，教学获湖南大学“教学质量优秀奖”，被评为湖南大学“优秀共产党员”、“优秀教师”，连续多年被评为湖南大学“本科毕业设计（论文）优秀指导教师”，指导多个湖南大学大学生创新训练计划（SIT）国家级、省级项目。入选湖南省新世纪121人才工程第二层次，湖南大学财政学科学术带头人，湖南省精品课程《财政学》负责人。
GuoPing is a male and he is the party secretary and Deputy Dean of School of Economy and Trade, a professor, PhD supervisor of Accounting and Finance and master tutor of Applied Economics. His research field is Applied Economics and Finance with research direction of macroeconomic operation and policy, fiscal taxation theory and policy, State-owned capital operation and management and Government financial and accounting management. In recent year, he hosts and participates in 3 items of national social science fund subject, 8 items of Hunan Province social science fund project and 6 items of school-level project. He has published 7 monographs and textbooks and they are State-Owned Capital Operation and Management, State Assets Operation and Management, New Edition of Corporate Tax Accounting, Government Budget Accounting, Finance and Fiscal Finance. He has published more than 80 academic theses in journals of Public Finance Research, Taxation Research, China’s Finance, Journal of Finance and Economics, Finance Economics, Contemporary Finance and Economics, Research on Financial and Economic Problems, Financial Theory and Practice, Research on Economics and Management, and An Introduction to Finance and Accounting. His thesis was awarded first prize of excellent achievement in Hunan province’s philosophy and social science evaluation committee and his is a good teacher, winning ‘excellent teaching quality award’ in Hunan University and was praised of ‘Outstanding Communist Party Member’ ‘Prominent Teacher’ and ‘excellent supervisor of undergraduate graduation paper’ for many years by Hunan University. He has instructed many students of Hunan University in innovation training program (SIT) of national or provincial projects. He is elected in the New Century 121 Talents Project at the Second Level of Hunan Province and the academic leader of fiscal discipline in Hunan University; meanwhile, he is the director of the Finance, the high quality courses project in Hunan province.
罗能生，男，经济哲学博士。湖南大学经济与贸易学院教授、博士生导师；副院长，院学术委员会主席，理论经济学学术带头人和学科负责人；国家社会科学基金重大课题首席专家；享受国务院特殊津贴专家；湖南省政府参事。主要研究领域为产权理论与制度经济学、区域经济与产业发展、资源环境与经济发展、制度、文化与国际贸易和经济文化与经济伦理等。
Luo Nengsheng, male, economical philosophy Ph.D. professor of School of Economy and Trade of Hunan University, doctoral supervisor; deputy dean of economy and trade college, chairman of the college academic committee, academic leader of theoretical economics and disciplines header; chief expert of major subjects in national social science fund; being granted of special allowance of the state council; adviser in Hunan province government. main research fields are property rights theory and institutional economics、development of regional economy and industry、resources environment and economic development, culture and international business and economical culture and economic ethics.
王耀中，男，教授，博士生导师。从事研究的学科专业领域为国际贸易学与国际经济学和西方经济学等。主要研究方向为国际贸易理论、国际市场与投资和当代西方经济学流派等。
Wang Yaozhong, male, professor, doctoral supervisor. He works on the fields of international trade and international economics and western economics. The main research directions are international trade theory, the international market and investment and the contemporary western economics schools.
柯善咨，男，教授，博士生导师。1978-1984年南京大学学士、硕士(1981、1984)；1986-1993年 University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill，USA，硕士、博士（1993）。2006至今任教育部“985”工程湖南大学哲学与社会科学创新基地区域经济学首席专家。主要研究领域为城市经济学、区域经济学和应用计量经济学等。
Ke Shanzi, male, professor and doctoral supervisor. He obtained bachelor degree and master degree in Nanjing university in 1978-1984 and achieved master degree and doctor degree in the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill，USA between 1986-1993. He is the chief expert of regional economics in the philosophy and social science innovation base of Hunan university which is affiliated to ‘985’project of Education Ministry since 2006. The main research fields are urban economics, regional economics and applied econometrics.
许和连，男，经济与贸易学院副院长，教授，博士生导师。研究领域为国际贸易学、世界经济学与数量经济学。研究方向为国际贸易、外商直接投资与经济增长、跨国公司投资与贸易、全球化与世界经济发展和计量经济学方法及应用等。近年主持国家社科基金重大项目子项目1项、国家社科基金面上项目2项，主持湖南省社科基金重大项目、湖南省社科基金重点项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目、教育部人文社会科学研究规划项目、教育部留学回国基金等部省级项目多项。已在上海三联书店出版专著1部，在《Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies》、《管理世界》、《世界经济》、《数量经济技术经济研究》、《管理科学学报》、《中国管理科学》、《中国软科学》等国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文50余篇。获教育部科技进步奖一等奖、“安子介”国际贸易研究奖、湖南省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖等部省级奖励6项。
Xu Helian, male, deputy dean of School of Economy and Trade, professor, doctoral supervisor. The research fields are international trade, world economics and quantitative economics. The research directions are international trade, foreign direct investment and economic growth, multinational company investment and trade, globalization and world economic development and econometric methods and applications. He has assumed many programs of provincial and ministerial level, like one program of the sub-program of the national social science fund major programs, two of national social science general programs and Hunan province social science fund major program, Hunan province social science fund key programs, the ministry of education in the new century supporting excellent talents programs, the ministry of education of humanities and social science research and planning program and the ministry of education of returned fund and so on. He has published one monograph in Shanghai joint publishing company, and over fifties papers on some important academic journals domestics and overseas such as Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies, Management World, World Economy, Quantitative and Technical Economics, Journal of Management, Chinese Journal of Management Science, and China Soft Science. He has got six prizes with ministry or provincial level, such as the first prize of the ministry of education of science and technology progress award, ‘AnZiJie’ international trade research award and Hunan province philosophy social sciences outstanding achievement award.

Zhu Shujin, male, Deputy Dean of School of Economy and Trade, professor, doctoral supervisor. He works in the department of international trade, China-Australia economic policy research center. The research fields are international trade、world economics and quantitative economics. The research directions are international trade and economic growth, technological progress and industrial development, regional trade liberalization 、CGE model and applied econometrics. He takes charge of one program of the major bidding sub-program of the national social science fund, one of youth program, two of the National Natural Science Foundation, one of the ministry of education in the new century excellent talents supporting plan, one of Hunan province natural science foundation outstanding youth program, one of Hunan province social science fund major program, Ministry of education of humanities and social sciences planning program, institutions of higher learning doctoral fund program, returned overseas talents funding program and other national or provincial programs. Professor Zhu has published three monographs on Economic Science Press and Shanghai Joint Publishing Press and over fifties papers on domestic and overseas academic journals. He gets five national or provincial awards such as the first prize of Ministry of Education Technological Award、Excellent Achievement of Scientific Research in Higher Educational Institutions (humanistic social science) 、Hunan Province Philosophy Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement. He has been elected into The Ministry of Education in the New Century Excellent Talents and Discipline Leaders of Ordinary University in Hunan Province. He has been granted Hunan Youth May 4th Medal, the Teaching Model of Hunan University, Favorite Teacher in Student’s Heart, Excellent Teacher, the second prize in lecture competition, meanwhile, he has the honor of good instructors of master and undergraduate’s graduation thesis of Hunan University many times.
李斌，女，教授，博士生导师。1989年7月毕业于湖南大学应用数学专业，获理工科学士学位；1992年4月毕业于湖南大学计算数学专业，获理学硕士学位；1992年4月另获工业外贸专业双硕士学位；2000年7月毕业于湖南大学管理学专业，获管理学博士学位；2009年7月—2010年8月，美国佐治亚理工大学经济系访问学者。从事研究的学科专业领域及主要研究方向为国际贸易、经济增长和现代物流等。
LiBin，female，professor，doctoral supervisor. She was graduated from applied Mathematics in Hunan University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in 7/1989 and Master of Science in computing mathematics major from Hunan University in 4/1992, at the same time, got a double master in industry foreign trade major. In July of 2000, she got Management Doctor Degree from Hunan University. Between 7/2009-8/2010, she went to department of economics in Georgia institute of Technology as a visiting scholar. The main research disciplines and direction are international trade, economic growth and modern logistics and so on.
王良健，男，教授，博士生导师。所属系所是经济学系、湖南省人口发展战略研究基地。研究领域为区域经济学与人口和资源与环境经济学。研究方向为土地利用规划、旅游规划和城市与区域规划等。近5年主持完成国家旅游局、湖南省科技厅、湖南省国土资源厅、湖南省环境保护厅、湖南省人口和计划生育委员会等纵向科研课题5项；以及娄底市娄星区政府“娄底市仙女寨景区控制性详细规划”、国家级长沙高新区管委会“麓谷信息产业园产业发展规划”等横向项目10余项。出版学术专著2部，在《中国土地科学》、《地理研究》等刊物上发表学术论文20余篇。
Wang Liangjian, male, professor, doctoral supervisor. He works in the department of economics, which is the population development strategy research base in Hunan province. The research fields are regional economics, population and resource and environmental economics. The research directions are land-use planning, tourism planning and regional planning. In recent five years he has finished five research projects under the organizations of National Tourism Administration, Science and Technology Agency of Hunan Province, Land and Resources Agency of Hunan Province, Environmental Protection Agency of Hunan Province and Population and Family Planning Commission of Hunan Province. Meanwhile, he hosts more than ten projects under Loudi Louxing district government’s ‘Loudi Fairy Village Scenic Area regulatory detailed planning’, and national Changsha high-tech zone administrative committee’s ‘Lugu information industrial area and industrial development planning’. Professor Wang publishes two academic monographs and more than 20 papers are included in journals of China Land Science, Geographical Research and so on.
